Il consulente deve principalmente conoscere:

  • Funzionalità e specifiche dei software di grafica e animazione computerizzata
  • Tecniche di elaborazione di immagini e fotografie digitali
  • Il linguaggio ipertestuale e le sue evoluzioni
  • Funzionalità dei browser più diffusi: accesso ai motori di ricerca, riproduzione file audio e video, trasferimento file, ecc.
  • Tecniche di strutturazione logica dei contenuti di pagine web (testate, menù, footer, ecc.) e di applicazioni mobili

Il consulente deve essere in grado di:

  • Tradurre soluzioni grafiche di tipo statico in elementi grafici dinamici
  • Impaginare gli elementi grafici
  • Tradurre esigenze e bisogni del cliente in caratteristiche grafico-comunicative del prodotto multimediale da sviluppare
  • Valutare sintonia dell’architettura grafica ipotizzata con colori, logo e grafica tradizionale del committente
  • Definire modalità di integrazione delle diverse tipologie di comunicazione visuale (immagini statiche, testi, filmati, ecc.)
  • Elaborare un piano di lavorazione: risorse, tempi e vincoli di progetto
  • Adottare tecniche per l’acquisizione e l’impaginazione dei contributi grafici, testuali, video e audio
  • Utilizzare i principali software applicativi per lo sviluppo grafico
  • Utilizzare strumenti per l’ottimizzazione dimensionale delle componenti grafiche nelle pagine web

We are looking for an experienced English Mother Tongue Medical Writer (or alternatively a near-native C2 certified resource) as a freelance medical writer. You will be responsible for drafting and writing high-quality manuscripts for submission to scholarly, peer-reviewed journals, following Good Publication Practices (GPP) and other relevant guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical writing, ideally on a number of different therapy areas (i.e. neurosciences, infectious diseases, onco-hematology, rare diseases etc.) with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries. You will work closely with our editorial department, authors (clinicians) and clients, including pharmaceutical and medical devices companies, in order to understand their needs and requirements, and produce high-quality, accurate and engaging scientific content.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality, scientifically accurate manuscripts for submission to scholarly, peer-reviewed journals
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure that all work is completed on time and to a high standard
  • Follow GPP guidelines and other relevant guidelines for medical writing
  • Ensure that all written content is accurate, well-researched, and free from errors
  • Review and edit manuscripts to ensure that they are of the highest quality, including bibliographic references

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native English speaker
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a scientific or medical field – PhD preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in medical writing, with a focus on manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals
  • Strong understanding of GPP guidelines and other relevant guidelines for medical writing
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical and medical devices companies is a plus.

Highly desirable:

  • Use of Artificial intelligence tools to perform the above mentioned tasks

The Digital Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing digital campaigns and strategies for our clients, including pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, with a deep understanding of digital channels and the ability to create engaging content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, editorial, operations) and external suppliers to develop content that is optimized for digital channels, including blogs, videos, infographics, and other visual assets
  • Create and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Manage website development and maintenance, including content updates and design changes.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, using metrics such as engagement, traffic, and conversions, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies and make recommendations for how to incorporate them into our client campaigns.

Experience and background required

  • Upper intermediate/advanced written and verbal communication skills (English B2/C1 writing, reading, speaking)
  • Previous experience in digital marketing
